Deposits credited to your raja9 account cannot be reversed. If you have used those funds to play and wish to withdraw the remaining balance, the standard withdrawal process will apply.

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your raja9 account.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved

• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play is prohibited
• Collusion between players to exploit the system or cheat other players is a serious violation
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs in the system must be reported to customer support — not exploited
• Game results displayed on the platform are final; in the event of a technical discrepancy, raja9's server records shall prevail
• Raja9 reserves the right to void any bets or games that occurred as a result of a significant technical error

• Raja9 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or technical errors
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting an ongoing game, raja9 will work to resolve the issue fairly for all parties involved
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing
• Raja9 does not bear any taxes or additional charges that may be imposed on members for their wins under the laws of the member's country

Raja9 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the raja9 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
